About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor with strong experience in dispatching, inbound/outbound operations, warehouse supervision, and tracking/logistics monitoring. The ideal candidate has a solid background working in a manufacturing or FMCG environment and possesses excellent leadership and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations including dispatching, inbound receiving, and outbound shipments.
• Supervise and lead the warehouse team, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to operational SOPs.
• Coordinate closely with production, inventory, and transport teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
• Monitor and track shipments, fleet movement, and delivery performance.
• Ensure accuracy in documentation such as delivery receipts, waybills, dispatch schedules, and inventory records.
• Implement and maintain warehouse layout, storage systems, and safety standards.
• Analyze logistics performance and recommend process improvements.
• Manage manpower scheduling, performance monitoring, and team development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
