For this position, you are responsible for maintaining records, coordinating with suppliers, answering client inquiries, and monitoring, checking, and encoding item inventory.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining warehouse management duties (Monitoring supply to track order shipments and deliveries).
• Facilitate shipping of products from one destination to another
• Prepares and coordinates product load for shipments
• Ensuring that goods are dispatched on time.
• Encoding, maintaining, receiving, and delivering goods on time.
• Use a computer to track product shipments across multiple channels.
• Writing orders for stock purchases or sales.
• Ensures stock, supplies, and shipment methods are coordinated for timely client delivery.
• Ensure materials are appropriately stored.
• Responsible for supervising and accounting for an inventory
• Ensuring that the data remains maintained and updated in the system.
