Job summary

Simplex Industrial Corporation is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end shipping, tracking, and documentation in our Manila-area operations. The role supports procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure efficient supply chain flow.

The ideal candidate has a degree in a related field and 1–3 years of logistics experience, preferably in manufacturing, with familiarity in inventory systems and logistics software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations (preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and logistics software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
• Monitor and track deliveries, shipments, and logistics schedules.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport providers for smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock reconciliation.
• Prepare shipping documents such as delivery receipts, invoices, and permits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations related to logistics and transportation.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to align supply chain activities.
• Resolve shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies in coordination with relevant parties.
• Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Generate regular logistics reports for management review.
