Job summary

HireEnds LLC is seeking a highly organized Logistics Manager fluent in English and Spanish to oversee daily logistics operations, coordinate orders, monitor inventory, and communicate with warehouses, customers, and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, multitasking, and ERP familiarity. Prior logistics or inventory management experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations, order processing, and fulfillment.
• Communicate with customers, warehouse personnel, and external partners in English and Spanish.
• Track inventory availability, order status, and delivery schedules.
• Follow up on pending orders, shipments, and inventory concerns.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records and update information using SqUID ERP or similar systems.
• Prepare daily employee reports and monitor operational KPIs.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate timely resolutions.

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Logistics Manager who is fluent in both English and Spanish to oversee daily logistics operations, coordinate orders, monitor inventory, and maintain effective communication with warehouses, customers, and external partners.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and multitasking skills, basic software proficiency, and the ability to manage operational tasks efficiently. Prior logistics or inventory management experience is an advantage, but candidates who demonstrate strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations, order processing, and fulfillment.
• Communicate with customers, warehouse personnel, and external partners in both English and Spanish.
• Track inventory availability, order status, and delivery schedules.
• Proactively follow up on pending orders, shipments, and inventory concerns.
