Job summary

Qualiblend, Inc. in the Philippines is hiring a logistics associate to handle stock management, inventory verification, and delivery coordination, ensuring accurate warehouse operations and timely deliveries.

You will check incoming and outgoing stocks, confirm quantities against receipts, coordinate with warehouse staff, and prepare delivery routes while recording times and maintaining proper pallet storage. Willingness to work in Meycauayan, Bulacan is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year course.
• At least 6 months work experience in logistics.
• Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
• Keen to details.
• Willing to work in Meycauayan, Bulacan (stay out).

Responsibilities

• Properly and cautiously check all incoming and outgoing stocks, with due diligence and carefulness, to ensure that there is no mistake on all ins and outs to avoid inventory discrepancies
• Double check the quantity loaded into or out of delivery trucks to make sure they are the same with the receipts, reporting immediately to the Supervisor any discrepancies in received deliveries
• Maintain communication with warehouse personnel to ensure that the warehouse has sufficient space for incoming deliveries and that all items are stored properly in pallets and not on the ground
• Prepare delivery route schedules and record the delivery time in and out of the truck from customers based on their trip tickets
