Job summary

Nuevo Milenio, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support our logistics, purchasing, invoicing, inventory, and delivery operations in the Philippines. The role focuses on accurate order processing, stock checking, invoicing, and ensuring timely customer fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and up to two years in logistics or related fields, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail. Fresh graduates are welcome, and normal workdays are Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related field.
• 1–2 years of logistics, warehousing or inventory experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate customer orders.
• Check stock availability and product pricing.
• Prepare sales invoices and ensure documentation.
• Monitor inventory and report expired or expiring products.
• Request stocks for critical items.
• Prepare weekly sales analysis reports.
• Assist in coordinating delivery schedules and routes.
• Monitor deliveries to ensure adherence to plans.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support logistics operations.
