Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related roles.
• Knowledge of logistics software and inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics activities, including shipments, inventory management, and transportation.
• Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and customs documentation.
• Track and report the movement of goods, resolve delivery issues, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and support procurement planning.
• Maintain up-to-date records in logistics systems and databases.
• Optimize transportation routes and costs where possible
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards in logistics processes.
