Job summary

A trading company based in Makati is looking for a dedicated Inventory Management professional. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree. You will be responsible for maintaining stock records, verifying deliveries, and preparing reports. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. This is an on-site position located in Makati, offering a full-time contract.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records using manual logs and/or inventory management systems.
• Inspect and verify incoming egg deliveries for quantity and quality.
• Prepare and release stocks based on approved sales orders.
• Ensure proper documentation of all inventory movements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Report stock shortages, overages, and variances to management.
• Maintain organized filing of delivery receipts and inventory reports.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy.
