Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations, with supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of fleet management, dispatching, inventory, and delivery operations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
