• Strong data generation and analysis skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite 6 days a week in Upper McKinley, Taguig City.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and prepare various operational statistics to identify areas for improvement, enhance work efficiency, and ensure tasks are completed within the required timeframe.
• Collect and analyze branch performance and proof-of-delivery data in coordination with the supervisor to help monitor and control outsourcing costs in line with organizational goals.
• Learn and apply new knowledge and techniques to identify operational issues and develop strategies that improve efficiency and adapt to changing business needs.
• Assist in planning and supporting upcoming operational activities and company events.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
