Job summary

Compresstech Resources Inc. in Manila is seeking a Logistics Assistant to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. You will handle encoding of returned invoices, maintain data accuracy, and manage filing of POs and gate passes in a fast-paced environment.

Fresh graduates are welcome; experience helps but is not required. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) is expected, and the role offers a competitive salary package and government benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business Course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience in the same field is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office such as Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Encoding of returned invoices from the customers.
• Ensures accurate and updated encoding of data in the system.
• Filing of purchase order and gate pass.
• Checking and completeness of documents such as sales invoice, DR and job order.
• Monitoring of service units for repair or recondition.
• Checking of buy-out items scheduled for delivery.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.
