Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring and analysis of various operational data of automobile transportation, analyzing operational pain points and promoting achievement of business indicators.
• Develop and manage last‑mile suppliers, open outsourcing accounts, and connect with suppliers to provide transportation capacity on demand.
• Arrange and control sea and air transportation operations; strictly control SLA timeliness, book space, monitor shipment abnormalities, and ensure normal shipments.
• Assess carrier KPIs: compile monthly carrier operating data, evaluate unfulfilled projects, and handle carrier appeals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates with strong skills in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and coordination.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Willing to work on site, 6 days per week, at Upper McKinley, Taguig City.
