Job summary

Medical and Hospital resources health care, inc. seeks a reliable Logistics Personnel in Cebu to coordinate daily deliveries, drivers, bookings, and logistics tasks. You will manage schedules, coordinate with warehouses, billing, and sales, and ensure timely deliveries with accurate records.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with experience in route planning and documenting logistics activities. Work is in-person at our Cebu location.

Qualifications

• College graduate or with relevant experience in Logistics, Dispatch, Transportation, Warehouse Operations, or related work.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident in communicating and coordinating with drivers, customers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.
• With good negotiation skills, especially for freight, transport, and delivery arrangements.
• Highly organized and able to handle multiple deliveries and schedules.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, email, online booking platforms, and basic logistics monitoring.
• Detail-oriented in handling delivery documents and records.
• Can work under pressure and respond quickly to changes in delivery schedules.
• Familiar with basic route planning and locations within Cebu; familiarity with provincial/out-base deliveries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the daily and weekly delivery schedule.
• Coordinate delivery priorities with Warehouse, Billing, Sales, and other departments.
• Coordinate with drivers regarding routes, schedules, delivery instructions, and changes.
• Book and coordinate third-party couriers, trucking, freight, or transport services when necessary.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, drivers, and logistics providers regarding delivery schedules and requirements.
• Negotiate rates, delivery arrangements, schedules, and transport terms with logistics providers when needed.
• Plan practical and cost-efficient delivery routes.
• Monitor ongoing deliveries and follow up on delays or delivery concerns.
• Ensure that delivery documents, Delivery Receipts, transmittals, and Proof of Delivery are complete and properly recorded.
• Coordinate out-of-town and out-base deliveries, including freight and transport arrangements.
• Confirm that stocks and documents are ready before dispatch.
• Maintain proper records of deliveries, bookings, freight costs, and logistics transactions.
• Provide timely updates regarding delivery status, delays, failed deliveries, or other concerns.
