Job summary

Agenture Corporation is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee delivery, dispatch, and movement of products from Pasig on-site.

You will maintain inventory records, prepare reports in Excel, and coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency. A bachelor's degree in logistics or related field and 1–2 years' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple deliveries and transactions efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and capable of preparing accurate reports and documentation.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Willing to work on-site and coordinate with different departments, suppliers, and delivery personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the delivery, dispatch, and movement of products to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer and operational requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and inventory records, including delivery receipts, stock transfers, and logistics reports, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
• Communicate and coordinate with warehouse personnel, suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments to resolve delivery issues and improve logistics operations efficiency.
