• Identify opportunities to optimize logistics operations and implement improvements.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Maintain organized shipment records and CW1 documentation.

About the role

Join the dynamic team at All Transport Network, Inc. as a Logistics Coordinator for Airfreight. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless coordination and delivery of airfreight shipments for our clients. Based in our Paranaque City Metro Manila office, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics process from start to finish, delivering exceptional service and ensuring timely, cost-effective solutions.

What you'll be doing

1. Monitoring air shipment status and proactively updating clients of shipment status and resolving any issues.
2. Coordinating pickup, delivery, and tracking of airfreight shipments for a diverse range of clients
3. Liaising with airline partners, customs brokers, and other logistics providers to ensure efficient and compliant transportation
4. Preparing and processing all necessary documentation, including airway bills, commercial invoices, and customs clearance forms
5. Identifying opportunities to optimize logistics operations and implement process improvements
6. Providing exceptional customer service and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners
7. Filing all necessary documents pertaining to shipments in appropriate folders and through CW1.
