Responsibilities

• Truck booking: receives and consolidates bookings from transport planners across sites and coordinates with vendor partners for assignment and deployment.
• Truck deployment: monitors call times, coordinates with planners on loading issues, and ensures trucks meet pre-loading checklists.
• Dispatch and delivery monitoring: provides timely truck status updates at 10am, 2pm, and 5pm and coordinates resolutions with stakeholders.
• Administrative functions: follows company rules, maintains housekeeping and warehousing practices, and supports the Transport Supervisor.
