Job summary

JADE BLUE PETROLEUM, INC. in Metro Manila is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to optimize delivery operations, monitor inventory levels, and organize truck schedules to meet daily distribution targets across multiple retail points.

You will coordinate with retail operations to determine required product volumes, assist in planning distribution points, relay plans to drivers, and track delivery status, issues, and adjustments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and track days remaining based on tank levels.
• Prepare and organize delivery schedules per truck to meet daily distribution requirements.
• Assist in planning and assigning distribution points, and relay plans to the Logistics Manager for dissemination to drivers.
• Help track and report delivery status, issues, and adjustments as needed.
• Support the Logistics Manager in other administrative or operational tasks as required.
• Provide Run Out Monitoring including estimated loss per station and reasons of run out.
• Provide Diversion monitoring and Monthly Trip per trucks.
