Responsibilities

• Logistics / delivery schedule for site projects
• Monitors local shipment - loose cargo and container
• Purchase local source of stones
• Purchase consumables for projects in Manila and Cebu
• Report project expenses
• Monitoring local source of tiles – payment and stocks
• Monitors Manila, Cebu and Davao expenses – fund transfer and liquidation
• Monitors item expenses of warehouses and other affiliates
• Facilitates account payables / auditing
• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Work Location: 10th Ave, Grace Park West, Caloocan City, 1400 Metro Manila

• A Bachelor’s Degree
• Proven experience with Logistics
• Efficient in the handling of the company’s products and supplies
• A reliable professional with excellent record-keeping abilities
• Keen to detail and has good insight
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
