Summary of Responsibilities:

Oversees the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, safety, and productivity by managing a team of workers, coordinating logistics, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

• Operations Management:Direct daily activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Inventory Control:Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct counts, reconcile data, and manage space utilization.
• Team Leadership:Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and motivate warehouse staff;assign tasks and appraise performance.
• Safety & Compliance:Establish and enforce health, safety, security, and handling procedures, adhering to legislation.
