Job summary

Universally Speaking Limited in Manila is seeking a Localization QA Team Lead to guide a growing LQA crew across multiple languages. You will develop test plans, mentor testers, and ensure linguistic accuracy and brand alignment.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, manage schedules, report progress, and help recruit and train new members in a fast-paced studio. This on-site role supports a multicultural, expanding studio environment.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in LQA/localization with leadership or coordination.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of linguistic nuances and cultural differences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of LQA testers across multiple languages.
• Develop and implement LQA test plans, workflows, and best practices.
• Oversee linguistic, functional, and cosmetic testing of localized content.
• Ensure linguistic consistency, cultural appropriateness, and brand adherence.
• Serve as main contact for clients and internal teams on LQA processes.
• Allocate resources, manage schedules, and report progress.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new LQA members.
