Job summary

You will escort guests to their tables, respond to requests promptly, and coordinate with dining room staff to deliver fast, high-quality service. A diploma is preferred, basic computer literacy, and excellent communication are essential.

• Escorts customers to accommodations.

• Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
• Directs dining room personnel on customer needs to ensure fast, quality service from arrival.
• Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort to dining area; present menus; announce waiter’s name.
• Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service.
• Help dining room staff by setting and clearing tables.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
