Cabalen Group in Metro Manila is seeking a courteous Restaurant Service Attendant to welcome guests, guide them to seating, present menus, and ensure every guest feels valued from arrival to departure.

The role requires good communication, flexible shifts, basic computer literacy, and the ability to work quickly in a busy dining room while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or college level.
• Height of 5'3" required.
• Able to read, write and perform basic computer tasks.

• Escort customers to accommodations and greet them warmly.
• Respond promptly to guest requests.
• Direct dining room staff to meet customer needs for fast, quality service.
• Greet arriving and departing guests with a friendly welcome and escort to seating.
• Answer incoming restaurant calls and provide appropriate service.
• Set and clear tables to assist dining staff.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensure every guest feels care for valued and respected
• Escorts customers to accommodations
• Greets customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
• Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
• Directs and instructs the dining room personnel on customer needs to ensure customers receive fast and quality service from the moment they arrive.
• Greet incoming and departing Guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to assigned dining area; present menus; announce waiter's name
• Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service
• Help dining room staff by setting and clearing tables
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
