Job summary

Cabalen Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to plan and execute systemwide marketing activities for its brands across PR, advertising, digital, social media, content marketing and branding. Responsibilities

• Plan and execute systemwide marketing activities for the assigned brands across PR, advertising, digital, social media, content marketing and branding.
• Liaise and collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Operations Director to understand the brands marketing requirements.
• Liaise with Group Marketing Manager to prepare brand budget and monitor expenses.
• Assist in the Development and implementation of the systemwide marketing strategies set by the Group Marketing Manager.
• Assists the Group Marketing Manager in overseeing the systemwide operations of the brands.
• Build relationships with media influencers and stakeholders that can be help raise brand awareness to the assigned brands.
• Create and execute content marketing prepare the content calendar for the brand assigned.
• Develop and oversee the branding guideline of the assigned brands if being followed or correctly executed.
• Track the customer care after sales experience of the assigned brands.
• Work closely with the CSR who is handling the brand reservation and complaints and make sure they follow the digital playbook guideline.

Job description
