Job summary

JPMorganChase in Manila is seeking a Lobby Executive Receptionist to manage the day-to-day operations of the Lobby Reception and serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and clients.

You will support Conference Center operations and the Lobby Coffee Bar, maintaining a professional workplace environment and delivering exceptional customer service across the Lobby Reception, Conference Center, and related areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-end client-facing reception, front office, guest services, hospitality, travel, or related customer service environment.
• Professional appearance with ability to present a polished image and adhere to uniform guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with office equipment and related technology.
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support multiple tasks as needed.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and support multiple reception locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee, visitor, and host requirements before guest arrival and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Welcome and register guests in accordance with security and visitor management procedures.
• Serve as the first point of contact for telephone, email, and reception inquiries.
• Support Conference Center operations, including booking inquiries and meeting coordination.
• Build and maintain relationships with meeting planners, administrators, building personnel, and other stakeholders.
• Promote brand standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Handle complaints and escalations with timely resolution and communication.
• Maintain knowledge of building amenities and scheduled events to assist inquiries.
• Ensure visitor registration records are accurate and compliant.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception environment and support the Lobby Coffee Bar when applicable.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and guest history records.
