Job summary

LOLC Finance Philippines Inc. is seeking a Loans Officer to drive lending products across assigned areas, including Bacolor, Pampanga. You will promote credit, evaluate applicants, and prepare credit reports to support loan decisions.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and ownership of a motorcycle. Fresh graduates are welcome; strong interpersonal & communication skills, resilience under pressure, and a results-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in financing industry is an advantage but not required.
• Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills.
• Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
