LOLC Finance Philippines Inc. is seeking a field-based Loans Officer to promote our lending products and assess creditworthiness while managing customer payments and post-loan support. You will be deployed to multiple sites including Sta.

Maria, Bulacan; Cabanatuan and Talavera, Nueva Ecija; among others. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and own motorcycle. Fresh graduates are welcome and opportunities for promotion, salary increases and bonuses are provided as part of our benefits

Qualifications

• Experience in financing is an advantage but not required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Field-based role promoting lending products and evaluating creditworthiness.
• Prepare credit appraisal reports and follow up on customer payments.
• Provide post-loan disbursement support.
