Job summary

SB Finance is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support loan data accuracy, disbursement tracking, and tax document processing. You will handle CIF updates, merchant records, and end-of-day reconciliations, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure precise financial records.

The role is ideal for fresh graduates from related courses who are eager to learn in a fast-paced financing environment. Training will cover CMS, BIR filings, and manual settlements.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the accuracy of loans data as booked in the system
• Monitors the disbursement status of loans
• Prepares, reconciles, maintains, and submits end of day balancing and reports
• Coordinates with various teams for disbursement and reconciliation concerns
• Modification of Customer Information File (CIF) per submitted requests thru Case Management System (CMS) and email
• Process accurately and within the set turn‑around‑time all commissions/sales proceeds to merchants, insurance brokers, and other loan related payments.
• Creates and maintains merchant/SKU in the system. Generates QR Codes for Sales.
• Prepares and submits BIR 2307 Monthly Withholding Tax Certificates
• Summarizes/prepares corresponding accounting entries for manual settlement.
• Performs other related tasks which may be assigned
