Responsibilities

• Maintains and affirms that both general and subsidiary ledgers are matched through proper review, balancing, and monitoring with sales, branches, MIS, and FINCON to ensure daily transactions are properly accounted for and prevent audit issues.
• Ensures Promissory notes/Disclosure Statement (PNDS) and other vital documents are prepared, notarized, and transmitted to Custodian and concerned Units within the agreed turnaround time to comply with the SLA.
• Ensures repricing schedules are monitored and prepared accurately and sent to concerned units within prescribed turnaround time to comply with the SLA.
• Handles processing of consumer loan products based on approved instructions, procedures, and guidelines to book, release proceeds, post payments, and perform necessary reconciliation and accounting of loans within prescribed turnaround time.
• Maintains timely rediscounting of loans with BSP by ensuring all necessary documents are properly prepared, endorsed, and applied to BSP rediscounting facility, and informing lending units accordingly once approved.
