Job summary

East West Rural Bank, Inc. is seeking a Loans Specialist - Sales to support the hybrid sales model in Manila. The role focuses on driving loan sales through proactive client engagement while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

You may perform loan processing during peak periods to maintain efficiency and accuracy. Ideal candidates will have a 4-year degree, familiarity with loans/microfinance, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of at least a 4-year course, preferably Business-related.
• Background in loans and microfinance is an advantage.
• Resident of the area or nearby (within 30 min travel).
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Perform Sales and Marketing on bank's products
• Do client engagement, perform product orientation, and other marketing strategies of the bank.
• Facilitate Loan Application to Clients
• Verify and check the validity and authenticity of loan application document attachments
• Review Loan Application Forms; Evaluate loan application, perform follow-ups if necessary
• Conduct Know Your Customer and loans underwriting
• Perform credit background
• Efficient processing of loans according to the approved policies and procedures of the bank.
• Ensures complete digitization of loan documents in accordance with the Bank's relevant policies and procedures.
• Ensures complete credit folder inventory of all loan accounts maintained by the store.
