• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and negotiate loan agreements

• Maintain comprehensive loan documentation and records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

• Provide excellent customer service to corporate and institutional clients throughout the loan lifecycle

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of lending strategies

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in corporate and institutional banking

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a similar role within the Banking & Financial Services industry, with a focus on corporate and institutional lending

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements and assess credit risk

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and cross-functional teams

• Proficient in the use of relevant banking software and technologies

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Familiarity with local banking regulations and compliance requirements
