Metrobank in Manila is seeking an Account Service Associate to support efficient servicing of loan and trade transactions for IBS customers, coordinating with Operating units in line with BSP regulations.

You will liaise between customers and bank units, monitor maturities, prepare required documents, and ensure timely submission of regulatory filings. This role involves attention to detail and accurate record-keeping within the Corporate Services scope.

Mansioni

• Liaises between IBS customers and the Bank's Operating units for all loans and trade transactions.
• Monitors maturities and follows up clients on payments for loans and trade transactions; maintains records of outstanding loans, trade, and maturities.
• Assists in preparing transaction media to support credit approvals.
• Ensures submitted documents are authentic and complete.
• Reconciles billing from telephone companies and manages reimbursement claims.
• Monitors submission of BIR 2306 and 2307 to ensure zero A/Rs and A/Ps; avoids Technical Past Dues.
• Dispatches outgoing letters and documents; files and safekeeps account folders.
• Performs other related functions as assigned.
