Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related degree is required.
• Strong grasp of accounting fundamentals and financial reporting.
• Ability to analyze data and ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Sort and group daily transaction media by document type for recording in HO units.
• Check and validate postings from multiple systems against the GL EGL.
• Prepare reminder/exception notices for un-posted/erroneous transactions.
• Encode and record daily transactions into the online and backup GL EGL systems.
• Maintain and file system-generated reports and transaction documents per policy.
• Reconcile subsidiary ledgers with GL EGL and prepare variance analyses.
• Coordinate inter-office reconciliation and adjustments for float items.
• Generate daily data files for inter-office reconciliation systems.
