Job summary

Metrobank in Metro Manila, Philippines seeks a Relationship Associate to support client service and account management. You will service daily client requests, maintain up-to-date data on accounts, and help ensure loan documentary requirements are completed to assess credit worthiness.

You will coordinate with various units to deliver bank services, prepare basic analyses of client proposals, assist in budgeting and business planning, and handle customer complaints with recommended solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or accounting (fresh graduates welcome).
• Ability to multitask with strong organizational & analytical skills.
• Open to fresh graduates.

Responsibilities

• You will service daily requests of clients, maintain updated data/information on accounts and ensure completion of all loan-related documentary requirements to assist in analyzing clients' requirements and/or credit worthiness.
• Coordinate with concerned units regarding the appropriate management of accounts to ensure adequate delivery of bank services to clients.
• Prepare basic analysis/evaluation of client’s proposal to provide inputs on their decision-making process.
• Assist in the preparation of Budget and Business Plans.
• Assist in the handling of customer complaints and recommend solutions.
