Job summary

Dolmar Land, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Loan Processor to act as the primary contact for existing accounts, addressing delinquent accounts and arranging suitable financial terms.

The role covers processing HDMF, bank loans, and in-house accounts. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent, with at least 1 year of loan processing experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Loan Processing.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, SAP.

The Loan Processor function, serves as primary contact for all existing accounts, contacts clients regarding delinquency of their accounts and setting financial arrangements, and provides utmost customer satisfaction to all visiting clients and their representative.

The responsibilities include processing of HDMF, Bank loan, and In-House Accounts.

• Solid knowledge in loan processing (HDMF and Bank Loan)

• Able to maintain confidentiality of company data and information

• Excellent analytical skills on dealing with draft loan computation
