You will review applications for completeness, verify borrower information, validate documents, and perform initial credit checks.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year business-related course.
• Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Process and review loan applications for completeness, accuracy, and eligibility.
• Conduct Know Your Client (KYC) procedures and verify borrower information.
• Validate identification, income documents, collateral, and supporting records.
• Perform initial credit investigation and prepare CI/BI reports.
• Coordinate with concerned offices for loan approval and documentation.
• Maintain organised and complete loan files (physical and electronic).
• Monitor loan amortisation, payments, and assist in resolving delinquency issues.
• Prepare and submit accurate monthly loan and aging reports.
• Assist in marketing and promotion of loan products and services.
