Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year business-related course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; at least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Process and review loan applications for completeness, accuracy, and eligibility
• Conduct Know Your Client (KYC) procedures and verify borrower information
• Validate identification, income documents, collateral, and supporting records
• Perform initial credit investigation and prepare CI/BI reports
• Coordinate with concerned offices for loan approval and documentation
• Maintain organised and complete loan files (physical and electronic)
• Monitor loan amortisation, payments, and assist in resolving delinquency issues
• Prepare and submit accurate monthly loan and aging reports
• Assist in marketing and promotion of loan products and services
