Job summary

SMDC is seeking a Banking Financing Officer to monitor endorsed accounts with accredited banks and to oversee the conversion of loan applications into Letters of Guarantee and eventual release of loan proceeds.

You will coordinate with banks on the status of endorsed accounts from application to disbursement, endorse accounts for call-outs and evaluation, and assist both internal and external customers related to Bank Financing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any four-year business-related course is required.
• Preferably with 1-year work experience related toBilling and Collection.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills—oral and written.
• High attention to detail with good prioritization and adaptability.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with assigned banks regarding the status of endorsed accounts from loan application to release of loan proceeds.
• Endorses accounts to banks for thorough call-outs and evaluation.
• Assists internal and external customers related to Bank Financing.
• Prepares weekly/monthly reports on the status and movement of accounts.
• Sets weekly meetings with assigned banks.
• Performs additional tasks related to Bank Financing as needed.

• Endorsement of accounts to assigned Bank/s for thorough call out and evaluation.

• Set weekly meeting with assigned Bank/s;
• Performs other additional task from time to time related to Bank Financing.

Job Qualifications:
