Job summary

Rykom Finance Corp. is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Department in promoting lending products and services.

You will assist in campaigns, client acquisition, and coordination with branches and partners, ensuring proper documentation and reporting in line with policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves assisting in marketing campaigns, client onboarding and document verification for new and renewal accounts, and supporting branch activities such as promotions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related course.
• 1 year of marketing or sales support experience (finance or lending experience is an advantage).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of basic marketing principles and digital marketing platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Willing to do fieldwork and branch coordination when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns for loan products and other financial services.
• Assist clients with loan applications, including document verification and processing for new and renewal accounts.
• Support branch marketing activities, such as promotions, events, and client outreach programs.
• Coordinate with branch personnel, loan officers, and business partners to implement marketing initiatives.
• Prepare and distribute marketing materials, including flyers, posters, presentations, and social media content.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and compile customer feedback and activity reports.
• Assist in managing the company's social media platforms and other digital marketing efforts.
• Ensure that all marketing materials comply with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Perform administrative tasks related to marketing documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.
• Provide logistical and operational support during company events, roadshows, and promotional activities.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by management from time to time.
