Job summary

HONDA MOTOR WORLD, INC. is seeking an LMS Specialist to oversee the Dealer/Loan Management System, handling transactions, master data, user support, reporting, and system corrections.

The ideal candidate has a accounting/finance background with 2–3 years of experience, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with LMS or similar financing platforms. You will maintain accurate records and participate in process improvements while coordinating across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, credit, loan processing, or dealership operations.
• Hands-on LMS experience or similar loan/financing platform preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling system data.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Willing to work with company systems and during holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage Dealer/Loan Management System transactions, master data, and reporting.
• Provide user support and perform system corrections and documentation.
