What will you do as a Senior LMS Administrator – SAP SuccessFactors at Sealed Air?

As a Senior LMS Administrator, you will own the day-to-day integrity, configuration, and continuous improvement of our SAP SuccessFactors Learning platform supporting approximately 16,000 employees globally. You will ensure the LMS remains reliable, compliant, data-driven, and ready to leverage emerging AI capabilities. Working closely with HR Technology, People Services, regional HR teams, and Learning & Development, you will manage the technical administration of learning across manufacturing, professional, and corporate populations. Your work will be especially critical in ensuring safety, regulatory, and skills-based learning is accessible and accurately tracked for our frontline and non-desk workforce.

• Own and manage SAP SuccessFactors Learning configuration, including domains, user roles, permissions, organizational structures, system settings, and the LMS enhancement roadmap.
• Coordinate quarterly releases and platform upgrades with HR Technology, leading UAT planning, testing, documentation, and implementation while supporting HRIS, SSO, and third-party content integrations.
• Administer the global learning catalog, including course uploads, version control, metadata, taxonomy, SCORM/AICC/xAPI learning objects, curricula, prerequisites, learning paths, completion rules, and archival processes.
• Own LMS reporting and analytics by building and automating compliance, completion, utilization, and custom stakeholder reports while maintaining accurate learning and enrollment data.
• Support regulatory and audit requirements by ensuring training records are accurate, accessible, well-governed, and audit-ready across regulated manufacturing environments.
• Serve as the Tier 2 escalation point for LMS-related issues, troubleshoot platform-side root causes, manage SAP/vendor support tickets, and maintain administrator and Tier 1 support documentation.
• Configure and advance AI-powered capabilities within SuccessFactors Learning, using AI and automation tools to improve reporting, content tagging, data quality, search, recommendations, and administrative efficiency.
• Drive global LMS governance by maintaining platform standards and best practices while supporting the broader administrator community across Compliance, EH&S, Cybersecurity, Supply Chain, Sales, and other functions.

What do you need to succeed?

• Advanced hands‑on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning, including platform configuration, domains, roles, permissions, organizational structures, system settings, and release management.
• Advanced proficiency with SuccessFactors Report Story and Ad Hoc Reporting, including complex compliance and multi‑entity reporting.
• Ability to connect SuccessFactors data with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools to build and maintain dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of SCORM, AICC, and xAPI learning standards, learning objects, curricula, learning paths, ILT, and blended‑learning administration.
• Working knowledge of HRIS‑to‑LMS integrations, particularly Employee Central, SSO, APIs, data synchronization, and third‑party learning‑content integrations.
• Strong capability in LMS data governance, data hygiene, taxonomy, naming conventions, version control, and record integrity.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory learning administration, including safety‑training records and audit‑readiness within manufacturing or another regulated environment.
• Experience applying SuccessFactors AI capabilities, including learning recommendations, skills inference, intelligent search, or similar AI‑enabled functionality.
• Ability to use generative AI and automation tools, such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, scripting, or workflow tools, to improve LMS administration and reporting.
• Technical understanding of SAP SuccessFactors release notes, platform roadmaps, emerging AI functionality, and system enhancement opportunities.
