Job summary

MicroSourcing Philippines is looking for an LLM Engineer / Prompt Engineer to design, develop, and optimize prompts for large language model applications. You will build AI-powered chatbots, copilots, and intelligent automation, collaborating with data engineers and software developers to deploy these capabilities in production.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in CS/Data Science/AI and have 2–5 years in software/AI/NLP roles, with strong Python skills and hands-on LLM experience, including RAG

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or related field.
• 2–5 years of software development, AI/ML engineering, or NLP-related experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with LLMs.

Responsibilities
