Job summary

Primeline Products Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Live Operations Specialist to ensure smooth livestreams on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada. The role supports live hosts, monitors stream quality, verifies product setup and promotions, and assists with host substitutions as needed.

You will coordinate with Online Admin, Warehouse, Marketing, and Customer Service to manage stock and campaign materials, maintain schedules and reports, and help execute major sales campaigns across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications, IT, or related field is preferred but not required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in live selling, e-commerce operations, livestream support, or similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada live-selling operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor daily livestream operations across assigned brands and platforms.
• Prepare livestream equipment including OBS Studio, cameras, mics, lighting, and setup before sessions.
• Ensure livestreams start on time and follow schedules and host assignments.
• Monitor livestream quality and troubleshoot basic issues to minimize interruptions.
• Assist hosts with product presentation, engagement activities, and promotional mechanics.
• Perform live host substitutions when required.
• Verify product links, pricing, discounts, bundles, and promotions during sessions.
• Monitor compliance with platform policies and report potential violations.
• Track livestream performance data (GMV, duration, engagement, CTR, conversion rate).
• Coordinate with Online Admin, Warehouse, Marketing, and Customer Service on stock, materials, and campaigns.
• Maintain schedules, checklists, incident logs, and performance reports.
• Support major campaigns and promotions.
