Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of operations experience, strong multitasking skills, and be fluent in English. Night shifts and rotational schedules are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real-time operations or control center roles.
• Proven decision-making ability in time-sensitive operational settings.
• Willing to travel to Australia for onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Monitor transport services in real time using AI-automated systems.
• Allocate buses and drivers based on schedules and needs.
• Identify disruptions and coordinate timely responses.
