Qualifications

• Familiarity with Sportsbook Markets and clear understanding of US and Decimal odds formats.
• Previous experience in a sportsbook or gaming environment is advantageous.

• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Live Tennis Trading Administrator

Reports to: Live Tennis Associate Manager

Role Overview:

The Live Tennis Trading Administrator is responsible for overseeing and monitoring the Automated Trading Process in Live Sports, ensuring optimal performance, accuracy, and timely resolution of any discrepancies or errors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that data feeds are correctly mapped to live matches.
• Monitoring match start times to ensure that all markets are opened and closed at correct times.
• Watching for irregularities that might make it difficult to offer a particular game or create past post situations such as delayed feeds, network issues or adverse weather/injury events that are not conveyed in the feed data.
• Handling or flagging to operations teams any bets that need to be cancelled due to incorrect offerings
• Maintaining accurate live match statuses. When necessary, taking measures to correct incorrect match states or game results coming from data feeds.
• Overseeing many matches at once, whilst monitoring incoming bets and flagging potential unusual betting patterns or customers to be reviewed by traders.
• Adjusting which markets are offered or taking a match completely offline in response to high-risk situations as outlined by management.
• Investigating and providing information to Sportsbook Operations on escalated customer questions as per management guidelines.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Sportsbook Markets and clear understanding of US and Decimal odds formats.
• Previous experience in a sportsbook or gaming environment is advantageous.
• Comprehensive rules knowledge of assigned sports.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer knowledge.
