Job summary

Anymall Ph is seeking a Video Shooting & Production specialist to create compelling brand videos across product highlights, lifestyle, tutorials, and events in our Manila operations.

You will handle on-location shoots, pre-production planning, storyboarding, shooting, editing with color grading and sound design, and optimization for social platforms. Collaborate with marketing, livestream teams, and talents to deliver cohesive content on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in producing short and long-form videos across platforms.
• Ability to translate brand needs into visual concepts and campaigns.
• Familiarity with on-location shoots, lighting, and set design.

• Edit footage with color grading, sound design, motion graphics as needed.
• Ensure videos align with brand image and campaign requirements.
• Optimize formats for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Shopee, Lazada.

Video Shooting & Production

• Capture short and long-form videos in various styles according to brand needs (product highlights, lifestyle, tutorials, event coverage, ads, etc.)

• Showcase product positioning, atmosphere, quality, and functions in visually compelling ways.

• Manage on-location setups including lighting, props, backgrounds, and scene arrangements to ensure professional video quality.

Pre- Production & Concept Development

• Collaborate with the marketing /content team to understand shooting requirements.

• Participate in storyboarding, script creation, and planning.

• Recommend creative concepts, angles, and treatments that align with the brand.

Post-Production & Editing

• Edit raw footage into polished content, including color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and effects when needed.

• Ensure final videos align with brand image, messaging, and campaign requirements.

• Optimize video formats for multiple platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).

Creative Development

• Stay updated on social media and video editing trends to keep content fresh and engaging.

• Constantly propose and experiment with new styles, formats, and storytelling techniques.

• Contribute creative ideas to improve overall video production quality and campaign performance.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with KOLs, talents, livestream teams, and social media managers to produce cohesive video assets.

• Support livestream productions when needed (camera operation, technical setup, background preparation).

• Manage production timelines to ensure deadlines are met.

Asset & Equipment Management

• Maintain and organize video assets, archives, and backups.

• Handle basic care and setup of production equipment (cameras, lighting, microphones, etc.).

• Recommend new equipment or tools to improve production quality.
