Job summary

Dynamite Games in Manila is seeking an Operations Support Associate to help manage live game operations, respond to customer requests, and assist with QA tasks for HTML5 titles. You will work with producers, developers, artists and designers to keep games running smoothly and deliver engaging player experiences.

You should have 1–3 years in an operations or tech-support role, a diploma or degree in IT or CS, and a passion for gaming.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in IT/CS/Computing/IT discipline or equivalent.
1–3 years in an operations or technology support role.
Willingness to learn and stay informed about evolving industry trends and game standards.
You are an avid gamer and passionate about learning more about the industry.

Responsibilities

Assist to answer customer support requests via our Jira ticketing system
Follow a planned schedule to monitor and manage live games configuration
Assist with product smoke testing and pre-production Testing tasks
Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Assist the QA Team to verify and report bugs
Liaise with the Development Team to ensure game releases run smoothly
Conduct risk assessment for games in development
Plan and design fraud tools for high-risk games
Processes and workflows enhancement as assigned, including documentation
Rotate 8-hour night shifts or other shifts, as and when required
Occasional on-call escalation duties may be required
