Job summary

Qualite World Company Inc. is seeking a Live Seller to host engaging live selling sessions on TikTok, Shopee, and other company channels. You will present products, demonstrate features, answer questions, and encourage viewers to add items to cart and complete purchases.

You should be comfortable on camera, able to work a shifting schedule (1:00 PM–10:00 PM), and eager to learn. Prior live selling or customer service experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written communication in English.
• Confident on camera with engaging presentation style.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on products and sales techniques.
• Customer-oriented with ability to interact naturally with diverse customers.
• Able to work a shifting schedule including 1:00 PM–10:00 PM.
• Experience in live selling or customer service is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Host and conduct live selling sessions on TikTok, Shopee, and other channels.

• Respond to questions during live sessions and guide purchases.

• Coordinate with E-Commerce team on products, promotions, vouchers, and schedules.
• Prepare products and simple presentation materials before each live session.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback on interest and opportunities.
• Maintain a professional and positive image of the brand during sessions.
• Perform related E-Commerce and live selling duties as assigned.

About the role

The Live Seller is responsible for hosting and conducting live selling sessions on e-commerce platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and other company channels. The role engages viewers, presents products, answers questions, and encourages customers to purchase through entertaining and informative live sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Host and conduct scheduled live selling sessions on assigned e-commerce platforms

• Present and demonstrate products clearly, including product features, benefits, prices, and promotions

• Engage viewers through friendly, energetic, and entertaining conversations

• Respond to customer questions and comments during live sessions

• Encourage viewers to interact, follow the store, add products to cart, and complete purchases

• Coordinate with the E-Commerce team regarding products, promotions, vouchers, and live selling schedules

• Prepare products and basic presentation materials before each live session

• Monitor live selling performance and provide feedback on customer questions, product interest, and selling opportunities

• Maintain a professional and positive image of the company and its brands during live sessions

• Perform other related E-Commerce and live selling duties as assigned
