Job summary

Executive Optical in Makati is seeking a dynamic Live Sales Host to engage customers through TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee streams. You will showcase eyewear features, answer questions in real time, and drive traffic and sales while building a loyal community.

Responsibilities include presenting products persuasively, partnering with the marketing team on campaigns, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge to maximize conversions during peak periods, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and presentation skills for engaging with a live audience (≤140 chars)
• Confident and persuasive in front of camera during live sessions (≤140 chars)
• Proven ability to sell products and close deals in a live environment (≤140 chars)
• Familiarity with social media platforms, e-commerce websites, and live selling tools (≤140 chars)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak sales periods (≤140 chars)
• Good organizational skills to manage live streams and prepare products (≤140 chars)

Responsibilities

• Regularly host engaging live streams on platforms like TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee to promote products.
• Showcase product features, benefits, and pricing in an informative and persuasive manner.
• Interact with viewers in real-time, answer questions, build a sense of community, and encourage participation.
• Actively encourage purchases and achieve daily or monthly sales targets.
• Create compelling content that drives traffic, views, and sales for the products being sold
• Handle customer inquiries, manage sales performance, and build customer relationships
• Work with marketing teams on content, campaigns, and promotions.
• Keep up-to-date on product knowledge, e-commerce trends, and market updates
