Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Litigation - Paralegal to provide comprehensive support across all stages of business and commercial litigation. You will assist attorneys with case prep, research, discovery, document review, and trial readiness in a fast-paced environment.

The role operates on a hybrid schedule (Night shift) in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City, with above-market compensation and healthcare coverage from day one. Strong attention to detail and solid writing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably supporting business or commercial litigation matters.
• Strong understanding of the litigation process and ability to support cases from intake through trial.
• Experience drafting interrogatories, document requests, and other litigation discovery materials.
• Strong legal research, cite-checking, proofreading, and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive paralegal support throughout all stages of litigation, from intake through trial.
• Assist attorneys with case preparation, research, discovery, document review, and trial prep.
• Draft and assist with interrogatories, requests for production, and other discovery materials.
• Conduct legal research and precise cite-checking using Bluebook standards.
• Proofread pleadings and filings for accuracy and formatting.

Your Role

As a Litigation - Paralegal, you will:

• Provide comprehensive paralegal support throughout all stages of business and commercial litigation, from case intake through trial.
• Assist attorneys with case preparation, legal research, discovery, document review, and trial preparation.
• Draft and assist with interrogatories, requests for production/document requests, and other litigation-related discovery materials.
• Conduct legal research and perform accurate cite-checking using Bluebook citation standards.
• Proofread pleadings, legal documents, correspondence, filings, and other materials for accuracy, grammar, formatting, and consistency.
• Organize and maintain case files, discovery materials, correspondence, and other litigation documents.
• Prepare and manage documents related to Rule 9A and ensure applicable requirements are followed.
• Manage electronic discovery and assist with document review using litigation support platforms.
• Assist attorneys in preparing clients for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Coordinate and track case deadlines, filings, depositions, hearings, and other litigation-related activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive client and case information.
• Provide general litigation support and assist with additional case-related tasks as needed.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 1–2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably supporting business or commercial litigation matters.
• Strong understanding of the litigation process and ability to support cases from intake through trial.
• Experience drafting interrogatories, document requests, and other litigation discovery materials.
• Strong legal research, cite-checking, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Proficiency with Bluebook citation standards and a strong understanding of Rule 9A requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience supporting business, commercial, or complex litigation matters.
• Experience with electronic discovery, document review, and litigation support platforms.
• Experience assisting with deposition, hearing, and trial preparation.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and legal teams.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing competing priorities with minimal supervision.
