• Experience in semiconductor foundry/logic/memory environments.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams or major cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute lithography/mask engineering roadmap tied to tech and manufacturing goals.
• Lead development, qualification, optimization and sustaining activities for scanner, track, mask, and metrology systems.
• Drive CDU, overlay, defectivity, focus control and process capability targets.
